You get this in the 2nd cave of the whole game
Crystal:
Never Got It.... Yet
Dark Crystal:
Keep the Darkness Sword, then take the Crystal and Darkness Sword to Cid later in the game and ask him to find the Wind Crystal. Then the wind crystal falls out of cids hands and so do the swords out of cecil's and the two swords fuse together
